Boom Boom is stealing hearts... 'Last Friday, this elderly lady and her very elderly dog, named Boom Boom, (approximately 14 years old), came to Funda Nenja to purchase dog food. They had walked a very long way but made sure they arrived in time to purchase the food. They both looked exhausted so we offered them a ride home. One of her nearby neighbours had also come to purchase a kennel for his dog, so we gave them both a lift at the same time. Funda Nenja does not only focus on the dogs and children who are enrolled in our programme, but try as much as possible to also take care of those in the community who have shown to be responsible dog owners.'
