The AGM of the HRA resolves that:

With effect from 1st September 2023 the HRA will dissolve and convert into a Not for Profit (NPC Section 21) Company.
As at this date all the assets and liabilities of the HRA will be transferred to the NPC.
The incoming Committee of the HRA to oversee the process of establishing the Not for Profit (Section 21) Company and required constitutional amendments and legal requirements.
The elected office bearers from Section 6 above will form the interim Board of the NPC (Section 21) until such time as an AGM of the NPC (Section 21) is called.
