For my students to do their pastry assessment, everything they cook must be sold ( this is the international standard that is expected) please help my students with this, by either pre-booking or stopping at the school, the lawn in front of the school, for the next few weeks.
This week we have : Grab a Box of Happiness this Friday 25th August. Assortment of biscuits, sponge cakes and scones.
