Durban Chamber Choir presents: Viva La Musica! Celebrating rhythm and rhyme from around the world. Church of the Ascension, Hilton on Sunday 8 October at 3pm The ever creative and proactive Durban Chamber Choir will be presenting two glorious spring concerts over two weekends in Hilton Church of the Ascension, Hilton on Sunday 8 October at 3pm and St Thomas Church, Musgrave on Sunday 22 October at 3pm, entitled Viva La Musica! Celebrating rhythm and rhyme from around the world. After several months of rehearsal, the Durban Chamber Choir is ready to present their new programme which features carefully selected works both sacred and secular, with a good representation of contemporary South African works interspersed with international choral pieces, all written within the last 100 years. Tickets will be available at the door for R100, concessions R70. Please join the choir after the performances for tea, cake and conversation.
