  apologies<br />Constitution of the meeting<br />Chairman's Report<br />Tre
 asurer's Report<br />Adoption of Financials<br />Municipal Budget, Rates Po
 licy and UIP<br />Election of Office Bearers<br />Resolution.<br />The AGM 
 of the HRA resolves that:</p><p>With effect from 1st September 2023 the HRA
  will dissolve and convert into a Not for Profit (NPC Section 21) Company.<
 br />As at this date all the assets and liabilities of the HRA will be tran
 sferred to the NPC.<br />The incoming Committee of the HRA to oversee the p
 rocess of establishing the Not for Profit (Section 21) Company and required
  constitutional amendments and legal requirements.<br />The elected office 
 bearers from Section 6 above will form the interim Board of the NPC (Sectio
 n 21) until such time as an AGM of the NPC (Section 21) is called.</p><p><a
