DESCRIPTION:<div><p>Come and learn to play one of the fastest-growing co-ed sports in t
 he country. Bring the family and friends age 8+ and learn the skills and ru
 les of ULTIMATE frisbee.</p><p>Registration: R75 pp or R100 for entry and 2
  Raffle tickets.</p><p>Coaching session: Participants are placed in groups 
 of 12 and are coached in numerous skills by ultimate players.</p><p>Demo ga
 me: The coaches and other seasoned players play a demo game for some exciti
 ng viewing! Participants can simultaneously support the food, snacks, panca
 ke and coffee stalls.</p><p>Mini matches: All participants can now apply th
 eir skills in a 5-a-side tournament.</p><p>Lumo match: The afternoon closes
  with an optional game of glow-in-the-dark frisbee after sunset.</p><p>Raff
 le tickets: These are available at registration and during the coaching ses
 sion. Winners will be drawn just before the 5-a-side tournament. Prize spon
 sors include Outdoor Warehouse, Wedgewood, Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse, an
 d Utopian Massage &amp; Beauty.</p><p>Thank you for supporting the Cederber
