Situated conveniently between Hilton Village and Hilton College, the well-kept estate is large with plenty of room for walks as well as lovely cycling routes in the area. We have remote access and are fully electric fenced. A beautiful pool and braai area are available for use by our tenants. Power cuts are rare as we get electricity from Eskom directly. We are a non-smoking facility and no pets are allowed. Covered parking is available for one vehicle. Cleaning at extra cost. Laundry service can be arranged.
